Ovivio - Elementor hacks

I was responsible for the full front-end and WordPress integration of the website. To ensure a scalable and highly flexible system, I built a custom design framework inside Elementor, developing a complete set of reusable classes that control layout, spacing, typography, backgrounds, image overlays, and section behaviors.

On top of this base, I engineered a custom extension for Elementor containers, enabling the entire design system to be controlled through intuitive dropdown options — including background themes, custom images, white-space presets, foreground image stacks, card styles, and full-width behaviors.

I further developed fully custom widgets in pure PHP, including advanced components like the Smart Heading widget and a dynamic Submenu Grid widget powered by WordPress menu architecture. I also built a fully Elementor-compatible mega menu with theme-ready SCSS and fully responsive behavior.

Features:

  • A custom SCSS design framework for typography, spacing, and layout consistency
  • Advanced Elementor container extensions with themes, cards and spacing presets
  • Custom PHP widgets including Smart Heading and Submenu Grid
  • Fully Elementor-compatible mega menu solution
  • Performance-optimized architecture with clean SCSS and lightweight rendering logic
